Y'all…Get Personal takes pride in all gifts we sell. We do not let any gift leave our shop until it gets the “Parsons approval”. The customer chooses their own choice of fabric, font, style, thread color and design to customize their special gift. Every order is customized for the customer, and is checked for approval before being shipped. 

To keep our prices lower we do not accept and/or allow returns and refunds. If you have any questions about this policy please call.

While placing your order with Y'all…Get Personal please choose any and/or all customized options to personalize your gift. Any additional information needs to be placed in the comments box. If a question arises before ordering please email us. Allow 24-48 hours for Y'all…Get Personal to contact you back.

Y'all…Get Personal ships all orders via UPS. We will notify you by email when the package has been sent. If this is a gift please note this in the comments box, we do not want to spoil a surprise.:)

Y'all… Get Personal has a great turn around time. If the products are present and it is not a rush Holiday season 5-7 business days, 2-3 processing days.

Y'all…Get Personal does charge deliveries in Mississippi a 7% sales tax on merchandise. All other deliveries outside the state of Mississippi will not be charged sales tax on merchandise.

All cups, sippers, tumblers, mugs and bottles are gift wrapped for FREE. Some other smaller items may be gift wrapped as well.
